- Member has to be above 18 years of age
- Have a business running for longer than 12 months
- Have a guarantor from the same area the business is in
- Guarantor must run a legitimate business
- Introductory letter from the Local Government for the client and guarantor
- No savings facility
Sokoni Loans – Groups
Requirements
- Member has to be of Tanzanian nationality
- Member has to be above 18 years of age
- Introductory letter from group
- Introductory letter from the Local Government of the group's area
- Each member of the group must have a legitimate business
- Group must have at least 3 members
- Members to guarantee each other on applications
- No savings facility
Group Loans
Requirements
- Member has to be of Tanzanian nationality
- Member has to be above 18 years of age
- Group has to has at least 5 members
- Each member of the group must have a legitimate business
- All group members must reside in the same administrative ward
- Members to guarantee each other on applications
- Introductory letter from the Local Government of the group's area
- Member has to follow the group's rules and regulations
- No savings facility
